In Fallout 3, the research you need to accompany Dr. Li Taft Tunnel and bring it down to the Citadel, where I am now. Li and the doc took another dude there, but not now go to the castle, no matter what I do. No one answered the intercom at the gate and the Paladin can only have a conversation that is not helping either. The entrance to the red armor and the infinite heavenly wisdom (sarcasm) can not be opened for Meh. Maybe wrong, or I doing something wrong here.

Approached during normal play doctor Li champion and then over the intercom in force. When Dr. Li is not present, then you need to reload the game from an earlier save, and the Citadel.
It is a mistake to start the mission several times, I'll just wait until they fix this bug too. I have to keep rebooting, but a strategy guide I've seen the doctor Supposte use the intercom or in.
